
Evil Emma Makes WWE Raw Return, Competes in 6-Woman Tag Team Match
After abandoning her transformation to Emmalina, Emma returned to WWE Monday night during Raw.

Emma competed in a six-woman tag team match—her first match on WWE's flagship show since May 2016. Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin was happy to see her back:

Weeks of vignettes led to virtually no payoff, as Emma made her long-awaited return in February and said she was going to be her old self again:
While one could question the absurdity of erasing months of buildup in a matter of seconds, letting Emma embrace her dark side is the far better move in the long run.
WWE was too hasty in calling Emma up to the main roster in 2014 and atoned for the mistake by sending her to NXT again. Back at Full Sail University, she flourished—both creativity and from a performance perspective—while teaming up with Dana Brooke.
Asuka would've thrived regardless in NXT, but her feud with Emma and Dana helped The Empress of Tomorrow establish herself before dominating the women's division. Emma vs. Asuka was one of the best matches on the NXT TakeOver: London card in December 2015.
While Charlotte and Nia Jax are the top female heels on Raw, Emma should be able to immediately establish herself as one of the top threats to take Bayley's Raw women's championship.
