Tom Davies, Everton Agree to 5-Year Contract
Everton starlet Tom Davies has signed a new five-year deal to remain at Goodison Park after a breakout season on Merseyside.
The Toffee's official website broke the news, noting manager Ronald Koeman is retaining one of the most exciting prospects in his current squad.
The new terms will see the 18-year-old stay with Everton until the summer of 2022, according to the club's website.

Koeman has promoted a number of burgeoning talents from his youth ranks, but Davies' stock has risen the most since maintaining a berth in the first-team squad.
Speaking of his success at Goodison, Davies told the club's website:
"It means everything to me to get a chance to be in the Everton first team and to try to stay there.
It’s an unbelievable feeling.
Everton has a long tradition of bringing young players through and the incentive has always been there for me to try to progress with the club.
I used to look at Mikel Arteta and aspire to be out there playing alongside my heroes and, obviously, Wayne Rooney and Ross Barkley who came through the Academy here, too, have been inspirational figures for me.
"
The teenager has made 10 starts in the Premier League this season, including a further six appearances from the bench, per WhoScored.com.
Koeman is wise to tie down the talent now before the start of the summer transfer window, when Davies' signature would have been coveted by a number of top sides.
