On March 6, Isaiah Simpson, a six-year-old Stephen Curry fan from Snellville, Georgia, and his mother thought they were going to watch the Golden State Warriors live. Isaiah's mother spent $600 on tickets from StubHub, but she and Isaiah were denied entry into Philips Arena when the Atlanta Hawks hosted Golden State, per Kim Passoth of CBS46, as there were issues with their tickets.

The Warriors heard about what happened and decided to fly Isaiah and his mother to California to watch Golden State take on the Memphis Grizzlies courtside on Sunday.

The organization also set up a meeting between Isaiah and his favorite player.
