Manchester United Transfer News: Antoine Griezmann Slams Lid on Exit Rumours
Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann has once again denied rumours he's set to leave the club amid persistent speculation linking him with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
The France international has been forced to answer repeated questions regarding his future during the international break, and he rebutted the speculation on Sunday, as reported by Telefoot (h/t Metro's Evan Bartlett): "My future? I only care about what happens on the pitch. I am happy in Madrid."
As reported by Tom Coast of Sport Witness, he made similar comments in an interview with L'Equipe earlier in the international break:

Representatives of the 26-year-old also recently denied claims a deal to send Griezmann to United during the summer was close to completion, per L'Equipe (h/t Dan Gibbs of the Daily Express).
Griezmann is widely regarded as one of the best forwards in the world, and his status—coupled with the fact he doesn't play for a club that's traditionally considered among the sport's greatest—makes him a frequent target for transfer rumours.
Here's a look at why the likes of United and PSG are said to be interested in the former Real Sociedad man:
Griezmann has long maintained he's happy in the Spanish capital, and with Atletico battling it out for trophies on a consistent basis and manager Diego Simeone still in charge, he has every reason to stay put.
The Rojiblancos are set to move into a new stadium next season and will want to do so with their biggest star, making a move even less likely.
None of this will halt the speculation, however―it seems even Griezmann himself can't stop the rumour mill.
