Chelsea Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Tiemoue Bakayoko and Michael Keane
AS Monaco will reportedly block Chelsea target Tiemoue Bakayoko from moving this summer if team-mate Fabinho leaves.
According to French outlet L'Equipe (h/t Get French Football News), he will "almost certainly" be prevented from following the Brazilian out of the exit door this summer despite his "interest in moving to Chelsea."
Sky Sports' Guillem Balague reported the Blues had made progress with the player but not yet the club in terms of striking a deal:

The Mirror (h/t Metro) reported Chelsea had made a £32 million offer for the midfielder.
Monaco's outstanding campaign in both Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League has had the unfortunate but inevitable side-effect of bringing their exceptional players to the attention of Europe's elite, and the Frenchman is likely to be among their most in-demand stars this summer.
Because of N'Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic, Chelsea aren't in desperate need of another defensive midfielder, but the 22-year-old enforcer is a tremendous prospect and a powerful presence in the centre of the park.
Here's a look at how his numbers compare with the duo, per Squawka:
| Apps | 25 | 27 | 27 |
| Minutes | 1,780 | 2,418 | 2,076 |
| Goals | 2 | 1 | 0 |
| Assists | 1 | 0 | 6 |
| Chances Created | 11 | 17 | 21 |
| Take-Ons | 45 | 30 | 20 |
| Tackles | 46 | 67 | 31 |
| Aerial Duels | 48 | 18 | 32 |
| Interceptions | 46 | 63 | 43 |
| Passing Accuracy | 87% | 88% | 88% |
Bakayoko is a physical powerhouse and an expert in breaking up play—he'd arguably be an upgrade on Matic in terms of his defensive contribution, albeit he isn't as creative.
Alongside compatriot Kante, he could help give Chelsea perhaps the most robust midfield pairing in the Premier League, but Monaco's resistance to losing all of their best players could prevent the deal happening in the immediate future.

Meanwhile, per Metro's Tom Olver, Burnley defender Michael Keane is concentrating on the remainder of the season with the Clarets rather than a possible move to Chelsea or Liverpool in the summer:
"It’s flattering [to be linked], but I'm focused on Burnley.
We've got nine games left in the season and we need to make sure we remain in the league. But to see things like that can only mean you’re playing well.
I always thought that I was going to make it at [Manchester] United so when I left, I felt like I had a point to prove.
"
The defender impressed as Burnley drew with Chelsea in February, per Bleacher Report UK's Sam Tighe:
His excellent form saw him rewarded with his first England cap against Germany on Wednesday. Match of the Day host and former Three Lions star Gary Lineker believes he fared well:
The 24-year-old has been excellent throughout the campaign with Burnley, so it would not be a surprise if he were to be cherry-picked this summer by a more illustrious outfit.
Chelsea's defence is already the meanest in the top flight alongside Tottenham Hotspur, but Keane could make for a strong long-term replacement for Gary Cahill.
