Manchester City Transfer News: Latest Kingsley Coman and Mahmoud Dahoud Rumours
Manchester City reportedly have Bundesliga stars in their sights following speculation they've matched Chelsea's offer for Kingsley Coman, and Borussia Monchengladbach's Mahmoud Dahoud is also interesting the English giants.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato (h/t Liam Spence of the Daily Express), Chelsea have lodged a £43 million offer for France international Coman, although City are thought to have already matched that bid.
Coman is approaching the end of a two-year loan spell at Bayern Munich, having joined the club in 2015 from Juventus on temporary terms, and the Germans are now interested in making his switch permanent.

The 20-year-old might fancy his chances of first-team football more at the Etihad Stadium than at the Allianz Arena, and Goal's Sam Lee recently suggested the Citizens could utilise his talents in the Premier League:
Bayern are reportedly seen as power players in Coman's future, according to Goal's Loic Tanzi and Niklas Konig, considering they have a €21 million (£18.2 million) purchase clause in his loan contract.
The only lifeline for City and Chelsea in that regard is that Bayern have to trigger the purchase by April 30, a decision that may require some deliberation considering the player has started just six times this season.
Citizens manager Pep Guardiola has already added to his attack with the signings of Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus, each of whom can play on the wings and have shown great promise in their early days at the Etihad.
Elsewhere, the Mirror's Alex Richards reported City have their sights set on a cut-price deal for Dahoud, who recently illustrated his talents with a show-stopping goal against Schalke in the UEFA Europa League, via BT Sport:
It's said Guardiola is examining Dahoud—also thought to be a target for Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund—as an alternative to Bayern's Joshua Kimmich, whom Der FCB are not keen to sell anytime soon.
Dahoud has grown a reputation as one of the Bundesliga's most promising central-midfield assets, and the Guardian's Ed Aarons recently suggested his future could lie away from Monchengladbach:
According to Richards, City could get their hands on the 21-year-old for as little as £8.5 million as he approaches the final year of his contract, which is poised to expire in the summer of 2018.
Guardiola reinforced his midfield last summer with the acquisition of former Dortmund star Ilkay Gundogan, but Dahoud could provide another injection of German innovation following the former's injury-hit maiden term in England.
