Memphis Depay Scores from Halfway Line for Lyon vs. Toulouse

Memphis Depay continued his fine start to life in France with two goals in Lyon's 4-0 win Sunday over Toulouse at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, but it's the winger's second strike that will get all the attention.

With his side already three up entering the final 10 minutes, Depay picked the ball up just inside the opposition half, swivelled, and sent a sensational ultra-long-range effort over the stranded goalkeeper and into the net.

The brace takes him to five goals in just nine Ligue 1 outings, a dramatic improvement on the two he managed in one-and-a-half Premier League seasons with Manchester United.
