Liverpool Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Danilo
Liverpool could be interested in Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the summer, as the Englishman is reportedly eager to leave the Emirates Stadium in search of more game time.
According to Jason Burt, Matt Law and Jeremy Wilson in the Telegraph, Oxlade-Chamberlain is one of a number of unsettled Gunners players, and it seems likely Arsenal will sell him in the summer as he enters the final year of his contract.
The 23-year-old should have a number of suitors eager to snap him up, and Liverpool will be one of them, per the aforementioned report.

Reds manager Jurgen Klopp rubbished January links to Oxlade-Chamberlain as "nonsense," but the Liverpool Echo's Joe Rimmer speculated the German may have changed his mind.

The England international would be a fine addition to a Liverpool squad that lacks the depth to launch an extended title challenge.
As well as being a direct and effective winger, Oxlade-Chamberlain has also recently proved himself adept as a deeper-lying central midfielder.
Given how Liverpool have struggled this season whenever Sadio Mane and Jordan Henderson have been missing, Oxlade-Chamberlain could be an ideal signing to provide cover in a number of positions.
Klopp's rejection of links to the England international back in January means a move for Oxlade-Chamberlain to Anfield in the summer remains unlikely.
But given his talent and how valuable he could become on Merseyside, it cannot be completely ruled out, especially with the link persisting.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have reportedly joined Juventus in the race to sign out-of-favour Real Madrid full-back Danilo.

Per Calciomercato.com (via Metro's Mark Brus), Real could be open to letting the Brazilian go if they receive a bid of £21 million. It's also noted Liverpool could be interested in him, as Klopp is "a fan of his potential and versatility."
Danilo, 25, joined Real from FC Porto in the summer of 2015, but he has never been able to nail down a consistent first-team spot and has made just nine appearances in La Liga this term.
Although predominantly a right-back, Danilo can play on either flank, but at Real he has both Marcelo and Dani Carvajal to compete with.
Klopp would likely see him as ideal back-up for Liverpool's first-choice right-back, Nathaniel Clyne, but he could also view him as a starting left-back.
James Milner has operated admirably in the left-back role in 2016-17 but is a midfielder. Understudy Alberto Moreno is a liability and has started just twice in the Premier League this season.
Liverpool need greater depth and ability across their back line, and Danilo, despite his limited role at Real, could be a fine addition because he is a talented full-back.
