Runner Wins Race, Goes for Victory Lap Despite Official Trying to Stop Her

When an athlete is victorious, he or she should be able to enjoy the moment and celebrate the feat.

An official at the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade, Serbia, was having none of it (because of time constraints) when British runner Laura Muir won her race.

Too bad Muir's will was stronger.

The official did everything she could to keep Muir from taking a victory lap, getting in her way multiple times. However, this winner wasn't going to let anyone stop her from soaking in the glory:
