Tottenham Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Dele Alli and Eric Dier
Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the long list of clubs interested in Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli, with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also said to be keeping an eye on the youngster. Meanwhile, Eric Dier is being linked with a Manchester United move.
According to The Sun's Dave Fraser, Bayern have taken note of Alli's rapid development in north London, and they like their chances of tempting the England international. Barcelona and Real also think they can lure the 20-year-old, despite the fact he recently signed a new long-term contract.
Alli has established himself as one of England's top talents in the last two years, and he continues to enhance his profile almost on a weekly basis.

Per the club's official Twitter account, he added yet another accolade recently:
The former MK Dons man has been an enormous success for Spurs, breaking out in a big way last season and adding several new wrinkles to his game in the current campaign.
The central midfielder is one of the team's leading scorers, a remarkable achievement for such a young player. His delayed runs into the box and long-distance shooting have proved huge assets, and Alli hasn't forgotten about his defensive duties, either.
Alli is a budding star, but discipline remains an issue in his game―and a big one―evidenced by his red card against Gent in the UEFA Europa League.
Goal didn't hold back:
Getting his emotions under control will be the next big step for Alli, and if he can do that, the sky is the limit.
It's easy to see why so many top clubs are interested in the midfielder, but as of right now, a move seems unlikely. Spurs are as ambitious as ever, and Alli finds himself in the perfect environment to continue his rapid development.
A move might become an option if Tottenham can't win any silverware, but for now, fans have little reason to worry.

Meanwhile, The Sun's Daniel Cutts reported United manager Jose Mourinho is a big fan of Dier, and he's willing to sanction a £35 million offer to bring him to Old Trafford.
Dier hasn't been a major contributor this season due to the arrival of Victor Wanyama, with Spurs opting to use him as depth in defence, rather than in midfield. He showed plenty of promise in a more advanced role last season, however, and that's where Mourinho could use his services.
Michael Carrick isn't getting any younger, and a replacement will have to be discovered eventually―Dier could be that player.
Per the report, a source said Spurs have no interest in selling Dier at this point, but things could change, depending on the offer. If Dier continues to be used in a back-up role, he could start to push for a move soon.
