Matt Barnes' Lawyer Gets Court Date Changed; Client Available for NBA Finals

Matt Barnes, the newest member of the Golden State Warriors, appeared in court Friday to face arraignment for assault charges from a fight at a New York nightclub in December.
According to ESPN.com's Ian Begley, Barnes' lawyer was able to get his next court date pushed back to June 27—after the NBA Finals.
A potential Game 7 would fall on June 18, per the NBA, giving Barnes and his legal team time to prepare.
