Good Riddance Braylon Edwards
Well, Braylon Edwards has been traded to the Jets. Addition by subtraction is what this means. Braylon complained that because he was from the school up north he couldn’t succeed in Cleveland. Former Wolverine Steve Everitt was a personal favorite of mine. He would just hang out after practice and talk to people. There was a kid visiting family that Steve would give a ride home to every night. He would were his heavy metal t-shirts. No pretense with this guy. It doesn’t matter where you go to school. What do you do on the field? What kind of person are you? Are you a jerk or a reasonable person. I have met Cleveland Brown great Thom Darden and he is a class act that was a very good player. Leroy Hoard was well received in Cleveland. Once you are in the pros it doesn’t matter where you went to school, unless you are Braylon.
Braylon, It is you. The rules don’t apply to you. Remember the OSU/UM incident with the helicopter. Is it something about being a second generation, pro football player? You brushed death the night of Donte Stallworth’s tragic accident. But there you are, out at 2:30 in the morning, looking for trouble. You have all that talent in the world, but something is lacking between the ears. Maturity or good decisions don’t seem to apply to you. Head case does. With Plax in jail the New York stage is yours.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Your parents should have named you something that starts with M.
ME fits you better. At least you are someone else’s problem now. Perhaps you can become the Big Man on Campus again in New York.
Well the Browns played hard on Sunday. Winning is something you have to learn as a team. Coach Mangini was handed an empty bag with this team. Not many players drafted prior to the Joe Thomas draft still with the team. Problematic Super Stars that needed removed. He has to build this team from the ground up. The Browns have a ways to go. People wanted discipline. Coach Mangini is bringing it. Randy Lerner is a good owner. He lets his football people do their job and supports them completely. This time he doesn’t have a meddling owner forcing Brett Favre on him. His players, his way should work.
Sunday gave me hope. I am going to support the Coach the way a fan should. I actually saw a little passion from Coach on Sunday. It was great to see. He has a plan. When he gets his players, look out. Not many nice guy coaches have succeeded in the NFL. Tony Dungy is the exception.
The Browns are going to win on Sunday. No disrespect to the Bills. Mangini’s way can work. Well at least Coach Mangini’s dog will play with him again. After the first three weeks Mangini had made everyone angry at him. Stupid fines, and bad play were not a good mix. At least people got a glimpse of what a Mangini team could resemble. A hard working team, fewer penalties with effort and a little emotion sprinkled in.
That is all I can ask as a fan.
Good Luck Coach Mangini !!!
