NFL draft season is finally here, and the endless mock drafts that have been coming out are about to see a major facelift following the results of the 2017 NFL scouting combine, which is set to take place between February 28 and March 6 in Indianapolis.

You've been listening to draft analysts opine about this year's prospects for months, and maybe you've been able to watch some tape yourself. But now, you can finally follow the players in which your team may be interested in in real time as they work out and show executives and scouts what they can do on the field.

Players to Watch During Combine Workouts

Day 1: Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU

If the 40-yard dash is your favorite drill, you'll want to keep an eye on LSU running back Leonard Fournette. The rusher, who should be the first back taken off the board in April, is sure to dazzle viewers with his speed.

But speed isn't everything, and Fournette has the size to boot. It's rare to find a hard-hitting speedster, but Fournette's official weigh-in in Indy is only building the anticipation for his workouts:

Fournette measured in 6'1.5" and 240 pounds, according to Pro Football Talk's Michael David Smith. That combination of size and speed makes him a rare prospect, indeed.

Day 2: Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina

Trubisky could be the first quarterback taken off the board in the draft this season, and it could happen as early as No. 3 overall to the San Francisco 49ers.

But any team looking to select Trubisky in the top 10 has to take slight pause given the lack of tape available to scout.

Sure, Trubisky put up 30 touchdowns to just six interceptions in 2016, averaging 288 passing yards per game, and added an additional 308 yards and five touchdowns.

But that season was his only one as a starter for UNC, and scouts and team executives are just going to want to see more out of him before they make him a high first-round selection.

Day 3: Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M

The consensus top player in the 2017 draft class, Myles Garrett is almost certain to be scooped up by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 1 overall pick.

In essence, there's not much Garrett could do in the combine that could sour teams on him. This is one of those instances where the body of work he's produced on tape will outshine whatever he does at the combine, even if he disappoints.

But that doesn't mean Garrett won't be an incredibly fun prospect to watch no matter what.

With his size (6'5", 270 pounds) and explosiveness, he'll be especially exciting to watch in the bench press workout and in the defensive line position drills, where he could make some of his fellow prospects look like kids. Keep an eye out for his inside spin move, which is sure to put a smile on your face.

Day 4: Sidney Jones, CB, Washington

The defensive backs are always, arguably, the most fun group to watch at the combine, and each year's draft class seems to produce players with better and better ball skills.

A Washington prospect to keep an eye on as things wrap up on Day 4, cornerback Sidney Jones' agility and hands should be on full display in his position drills.

Jones is slender and quick at 6'1" and 170 pounds, and good things happen when he's near the ball. He had six pass breakups and three interceptions in 2016 to follow up on 14 and four, respectively, the previous season.

He could also be the draft's best cover corner:

His long frame could make him one of the speedier defensive backs in the 40-yard dash, but NFL teams will be curious to see if Jones can add weight in his upper body without losing that speed.
