Stand-up comedian Joe Mande was one of the several performers who entertained audiences during the B/R All-Star Comedy Jam that took place over NBA All-Star Weekend. 

He provided an interesting idea for how players on small-market teams could cope with spending so much time in what some may consider low-key or boring cities. We have a feeling basketball fans in the Sacramento area may have some words for Mande after seeing this clip.
