Oxlade-Chamberlain Rages at Arsenal Team-Mates During Bayern Defeat
There was no hiding Arsenal’s disappointment during last night’s 5-1 humbling at the hands of Bayern Munich, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was visual proof of the Gunners’ frustration as the hosts ran riot during a one-sided second half.
Following an opening 45 minutes in which Arsene Wenger’s men stood toe to toe with the Bavarians, a second-half collapse, prompted by the loss of Laurent Koscielny through injury, saw Bayern hit cruise control, striking four past a helpless David Ospina in the Arsenal goal.
Oxlade-Chamberlain cut a frustrated figure throughout the second period and was unable to hide his disappointment towards the end of the game, stamping his feet and waving his arms in protest at the lack of Arsenal pressing.
