Robert Alford Commits Flop of the Year in NFC Championship Game
David McCrackenJan 22, 2017
Move over, James Harden. Atlanta Falcons cornerback Robert Alford just pulled off the worst flop in the history of sports.
During Sunday's NFC Championship Game, Alford got in the face of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers at the end of a run. Rodgers nudged Alford away with his elbow, which sent the 28-year-old crashing to the turf.
Either Rodgers has the fiercest stiff arm in NFL history, or Alford is looking for an Oscar nomination.
