Giannis Antetokounmpo Dominates Rockets at Both Ends of the Court
Milwaukee Bucks big man Giannis Antetokounmpo put on quite the show against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday evening at Toyota Center.
Roughly three minutes into the second quarter, Antetokounmpo introduced himself to Sam Dekker—who apparently didn't count on the athleticism of the Greek Freak—by rejecting the Rockets forward at the rim.
In the third quarter, Antetokounmpo created a turnover in the paint to start a fast break. He raced to the other side of the court, received the ball and then delivered a nifty behind-the-back pass for teammate Jabari Parker, who ended the sequence with a powerful two-handed slam.
Antetokounmpo wasn't done.
With a little over seven minutes to play in the third, the 6'11" athletic wonder rejected Montrezl Harrell at the rim to end a Houston possession. Antetokounmpo then hit the Rockets with a quick transition score.
His heroics couldn't save the Bucks, however, as Houston defeated Milwaukee 111-92. Antetokounmpo scored 32 points in the losing effort.
