Jason Garrett Lets a Curse Slip During Press Conference

NFL coaches are careful to toe the company line. Afraid of revealing too much about their teams or themselves, they usually answer questions with generic platitudes.

For a second, though, Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett forgot he was at a press conference.

His response to a question about Ezekiel Elliott's competitive drive started harmlessly enough, but he then lapsed into a human moment of excitement. Before catching himself, Garrett had already blurted out a four-letter word.

Enjoying a moment outside the league's tight-laced norm, the media laughed along with an abashed Garrett. Even after his team's disappointing divisional-round loss to the Green Bay Packers, the Cowboys coach deserves to display some enthusiasm after a 13-win season.
