Dwyane Wade Soars for Dunk as Justin Holiday Avoids the Poster

Zac WassinkJan 12, 2017

At first glance, you may think this is a highlight of Chicago Bulls veteran guard Dwyane Wade hitting the New York Knicks with a monster dunk during the fourth quarter of Thursday's game at Madison Square Garden.

Wade did, in fact, drive down the lane and finish the play with a thunderous one-handed slam, cutting his team's deficit to 10 points, but the dunk is only part of the story.

New York guard Justin Holiday entered the paint and left his feet in an apparent attempt to play defense, but he then gave up on the play to surrender the two points.
