Up 24-14 entering the fourth quarter, the Alabama Crimson Tide seemingly had their second straight national title in the bag. The Clemson Tigers, however, stormed back to secure a 35-31 triumph with one second remaining.

Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts briefly regained the lead with a 30-yard touchdown run, but he completed just 13 of his 31 passes for 131 yards. If only there was a word to describe how it feels to lose a huge game at the last moment...
