Frank Mir's Daughter German Suplexes Male Opponent Twice at Wrestling Tournament

Frank Mir has a lot to be proud of when it comes to his MMA career.

While he fell short in becoming outright UFC champion, losing to Brock Lesnar in their heavyweight unification bout at UFC 100, he was a two-time interim champ! And pulled off some of the most memorable submission finishes in MMA history.

Something he is no doubt infinitely prouder of is his daughter, Isabella. In the above video, she can be seen tossing her male counterpart around, German suplexing him not once, but twice.

It'll be interesting to see if Isabella decides to follow in her father's footsteps and pursue a career in mixed martial arts. If she does, she'll certainly have one of the best coaches at her disposal.
