New York Newspapers Mock Giants Boat Party Following Playoff Loss to Packers

Fair or not, the New York Giants receivers' yacht party with Trey Songz and others has come back to haunt them.

The party received an extraordinary amount of attention this past week leading up to New York's playoff game, which was played at frigid Lambeau Field. A Giants win would have allowed the story to be dismissed, but a loss...well, a loss would only shine a light on the event.

The Green Bay Packers pulled away in the second half of Sunday's NFC Wild Card Game for a 38-13 victory. Of course, yacht-party attendees Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard had all eyes on them. Their mistakes, like costly dropped touchdowns, would turn out to be the story of the game.
