Miesha Tate: If Ronda Rousey Gets Hit Clean by Nunes It'll Be a 'Game-Changer'

Nathan McCarterMay 31, 2018

Miesha Tate has been in the cage with the best of the best, and that includes both women who will headline UFC 207 this Friday: Ronda Rousey and Amanda Nunes.

Tate went on Fox Sports 1’s Undisputed Wednesday to break down the fight. The former UFC women's bantamweight champion said Nunes hit her the hardest she has ever been hit in her life at UFC 200.

That's a big compliment to the champion and a big warning to the challenger.

Tate said one hard, clean punch would be a "game-changer."

Rousey makes her return to the cage after being knocked out by Holly Holm at UFC 193 in November 2015. Since that time, there have been three bantamweight champions (Holm, Tate and Nunes). Rousey will have to be cautious of Nunes' power.

There is nobody better to analyze this fight than Tate. Take her word on how hard Nunes hits and the damage it can cause.
