Jaguars WR Marqise Lee Throws Touchdown Pass to QB Blake Bortles vs. Titans
During his first game as interim head coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Doug Marrone dialed up a trick pass with Blake Bortles and Marqise Lee switching roles.
Saturday's offensive explosion started when Bortles connected with Lee for a traditional 21-yard touchdown in the first quarter. The wide receiver returned the favor during the final period, hitting his open quarterback for a 20-yard score.
The successful gadget play, quickly followed by a pick-six from star rookie Jalen Ramsey, gave the Jaguars a commanding lead over the Tennessee Titans. They snapped a nine-game losing streak with a 38-17 victory.
