Liverpool Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Moussa Dembele and Franck Kessie
Liverpool and Arsenal are reportedly the two Premier League sides most keen on signing Celtic star Moussa Dembele, but the pair could also face competition from Manchester City.
Paul Hetherington of the Daily Star on Sunday reported the striker could cost £20 million.
Dembele arrived at Celtic Park in the summer from Fulham and has been in electric form, netting 17 goals, including a brace against City in the UEFA Champions League.

According to BBC Sport's Tom English, the 20-year-old has also been prolific as he's risen through the ranks of France's youth setup:
It's unsurprising the pacy front man is attracting such attention, and his predatory finishing belies his tender age—if he continues to develop as he has been, there's no telling what he could achieve.
Having only been at the club half a season, though, it seems likely he'd want to at least see out the campaign with Celtic and most likely win the Scottish Premiership title before moving on, particularly as he wouldn't be a guaranteed starter at any of the three clubs. Expect him to be heavily in demand next summer.
Meanwhile, Atalanta star Franck Kessie's agent "will reportedly visit Liverpool next week amid rumours Jurgen Klopp is interested" in snapping him up ahead of Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Metro's Louis Sealey).
Bleacher Report UK's Adam Digby believes Liverpool are wise to chase the 19-year-old:
Gianluca Di Marzio's David Amoyal is also a keen admirer of the box-to-box midfielder:
Kessie has impressed this season not only with five goals but also his potent blend of pace, power, technique and skill, which he uses to wreak havoc as he makes powerful bursts forward from midfield.
Here's a look at what he could bring to Anfield:
As with Dembele, Kessie's youth makes him an even more exciting prospect, as there's plenty of room for further development, and he has potential in abundance.
It seems to be only a matter of time before Kessie is snapped up by a more illustrious side, and the lure of Liverpool may well tempt him into moving, perhaps even as early as January.
