Mickie James Returning to WWE

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, Mickie James has signed a new multiyear deal with WWE to return as a full-time Superstar.

James recently returned for what was believed to be a one-time appearance to challenge Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship at TakeOver: Toronto.

Her performance impressed officials enough for them to bring her back, especially since WWE has more talent in the women's division than ever before.

James will provide a level of veteran experience that nobody else on the roster can match, and seeing her lock up with the likes of Becky Lynch and Natalya will be a lot of fun.

The Wyatt Family to Defend Tag Titles Under Freebird Rule

For only the second time in the modern era, a trio will defend the WWE Tag Team Championships under the famed Freebird Rule.

This means Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton and Luke Harper can rotate which members compete when defending the belts, just like The New Day.

This is good news for anyone hoping Orton's union with Wyatt is short-lived, especially if you also want to see Wyatt hold a title longer than a few weeks.

This doesn't necessarily mean Orton will turn on Wyatt soon, but it opens the door for the possibility of a split down the line.

John Cena Hosting Saturday Night Live

For the first time in his career, John Cena will step on the legendary stage at 30 Rockefeller Plaza to host Saturday Night Live on Dec. 10.

While it will be his first time serving as host, it won't be the first time he has appeared on the show. Some might remember his cameo from the episode that Tracy Morgan hosted in 2009 as the security guard Morgan punched in the face on his way into the building.

This is a big deal for WWE, as it marks the first time an active Superstar has hosted the program since The Rock's first stint as host in 2000.

One of Cena's biggest strengths has always been his sense of humor, so hopefully the show finds the right ways to use him so that his episode is successful.

If he gets good reviews, it could open the door for other wrestlers like Chris Jericho to serve as host in the future.

Paige's Suspension Ends

As of Dec. 9, Paige's 60-day suspension for her violation of the wellness policy is over, according to Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc, but don't expect to see The Anti-Diva appearing anytime soon.

Paige underwent neck surgery in October, and unless she has Wolverine's healing ability, she won't be ready to return to the ring until some time in 2017. Paige posted a few messages on Twitter, noting her surgery went well and thanking Dr. Uribe for his hard work.

Paige was last seen on the June 27 episode of Raw, teaming with Sasha Banks against Dana Brooke and Charlotte Flair, before going on hiatus to deal with her neck injury.

It was during this time when she suffered her first and second suspensions for violations of the wellness policy. Paige, 24, is still young enough to recover from these issues and have a long career in WWE, but she shouldn't rush to return to the ring before her neck is fully healed.

Updated Card for Roadblock: End of the Line

Following Monday's Raw, three matches have been booked for Roadblock: End of the Line on Dec. 18, according to WWE.com.

Seth Rollins will battle Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns and Charlotte Flair will challenge Sasha Banks for the Raw women's title.

The match between Flair and Banks will be especially important because it will be the first women's Iron Man match on the main roster.

Banks and Bayley proved they could keep our attention for 30 minutes with their incredible Iron Man match at NXT TakeOver: Respect, so there is little doubt The Boss and The Queen will steal the show.

This will be the final WWE pay-per-view of 2016, so let's hope it sends the year out on a high note.

What are your predictions for Roadblock: End of the Line?
