New York Knicks Fans Chant 'Derek Fisher' at Matt Barnes

The Matt Barnes and Derek Fisher saga just won't go away.

New York Knicks fans began chanting the former Los Angeles Lakers guard and Knicks head coach's name as their team closed out a 106-98 win over the Sacramento Kings at Madison Square Garden on Sunday. It was meant as a jeer to Barnes, who now plays for the Kings.

Barnes and Fisher used to be teammates in Los Angeles, but the relationship between the two soured when they got into an altercation last year over Barnes' estranged wife, who was romantically linked to Fisher.

It appears that Knicks fans have Fisher's back, even long after his firing.
