San Antonio Spurs vs. Charlotte Hornets: Live Score, Highlights and Reaction

The San Antonio Spurs closed out a tight contest Wednesday night against the Charlotte Hornets, winning 119-114. San Antonio moved to 12-3 on the season, and the Hornets are now 8-6.

The game was close all the way through, featuring an amazing 16 ties and 32 lead changes. Neither team ever led by more than eight points. Kawhi Leonard (30 points, five rebounds, four assists) and Kemba Walker (26 points, nine rebounds, seven assists) starred for their respective teams. Walker was especially magnificent in the final quarter, in which he scored 15 points.

However, it was some key Tony Parker plays in the final minute that closed out the game. Parker deflected the ball off of Kemba Walker, made a three-pointer and sank four consecutive free throws to seal the game for San Antonio.

The Hornets next play in New York against the Knicks on Saturday, while the Spurs will visit the Boston Celtics on the same day for an afternoon matchup.
