Manchester United Transfer News: Leon Bailey Talks Red Devils, Latest Rumours
KRC Genk star Leon Bailey is adamant that he will only move to Manchester United if the Red Devils give him a "guarantee" of first-team action.
Per Samuel Luckhurst in the Manchester Evening News, United manager Jose Mourinho has been interested in the young winger since his Chelsea days, while Ajax and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the 19-year-old Jamaican.
However, Bailey has now said he will only make a move to a big club like United if he is given opportunities to progress, otherwise he will remain with Belgian club Genk, per HLN Sport (via Luckhurst):

"I've always dreamt of the Premier League. But if, let's say, Man United can't guarantee me minutes, I will stay at Genk.
The important thing is that in the near future there a lot of games to come. This is essential for me because I have to take more steps. I've already made a lot of progress.
When I go, where I go? That is a matter for my management. From the moment that there is something concrete, we'll sit down at the table.

A goalscoring winger who can operate on either flank, Bailey has been particularly impressive this season in the UEFA Europa League, netting four times in Genk's four group matches, per WhoScored.com.
He also netted three times as Genk went through three rounds of qualifying to make it to the group stage of Europe's second-tier club competition.
As can be seen below, he is dangerous with the ball at his feet and has plenty of flair:
Per the Sun's Duncan Wright, United scouts have watched £20 million-rated Bailey this season, and there is clear interest in him from the Premier League giants.
However, it is unlikely that United would be able to offer him the game time he wants.
Mourinho's squad is bursting with wide men. Juan Mata, Wayne Rooney, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Memphis Depay, Jesse Lingard, Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young can all operate on the flanks.
Indeed, so multiple are Mourinho's options in the attacking wide areas that summer signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan has struggled to get any minutes at all despite being one of the Bundesliga's best players in 2015-16 while at Borussia Dortmund.
Given the competition, it seems most likely that, should he sign for United, Bailey would only be granted fleeting appearances from the bench or in cup matches, or he would be loaned out.
In such circumstances Bailey would not be happy, and he would be well-advised to remain at Genk for the time being if he wants to continue appearing regularly for the first team.
