Scott Hanson has zero chill when it comes to Colin Kaepernick.

The NFL Network's NFL RedZone host didn't hold back on the San Francisco 49ers quarterback after Kaepernick scrambled for a 17-yard gain against the New England Patriots on Sunday, saying Kaepernick wasn't weighed down by an "I Voted" sticker.

Kaepernick has been at the center of a debate this season because of his protests during the national anthem each week before kickoff.

He also said he wouldn't vote in the election, telling reporters it would have been hypocritical of him to do so.
