Tristan Thompson Throws Down an Alley-Oop from Kyrie Irving over Andre Drummond

During the first quarter of the Cleveland Cavaliers' Friday night game against the Detroit Pistons, Cavs guard Kyrie Irving set up Tristan Thompson's dunk over Andre Drummond.

With the game tied at eight, Thompson grabbed Irving's alley-oop pass before slamming it through the net...and catching the Detroit center's head and back in the process.
