Manchester City Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Yaya Toure and Moise Kean
Kolo Toure believes his brother, Yaya Toure, should consider leaving Manchester City for Marseille, while Juventus starlet Moise Kean has reportedly agreed to a three-year deal with the Bianconeri.
Speaking to RMC Sport (h/t Manchester Evening News' Anthony Jepson), the older Toure brother weighed in on the ongoing transfer saga surrounding Yaya, saying a move to the Ligue 1 should be an option:
"Yes, why not? He still has talent and some things to prove. It's certain that it's difficult at City right now. We have all been through that. You're at the top at one moment, and then you go back down. You have to understand that you need a change of scenery, go to a place where people want you.
I haven't spoken about it with him. He's still at City, I respect that. But OM [Olympique de Marseille] is a super club and he knows the French league well.

Toure has yet to play a single minute of Premier League football since Pep Guardiola became the new City manager, and all signs point towards a January departure. Guardiola already sold Toure once while the two worked together at Barcelona, and history is likely to repeat itself.
The 33-year-old is one of City's most important players in club history and a fan favourite, but his situation at the Etihad Stadium has turned sour in a hurry. On top of his lack of minutes, his agent, Dimitri Seluk, has waged an open war of words against Guardiola, per Simon Mullock of the Daily Mirror, and it hasn't helped matters one bit.
His lack of playing time didn't stop some BBC analysts and pundits from nominating him for the African Footballer of the Year award, however, a decision Ed Dove of Reuters questioned:
Kolo Toure left Liverpool at the end of the 2015-16 season and has since found success in Scotland, reuniting with former manager Brendan Rodgers at Celtic. Yaya is two years younger―there should be plenty more interest in his services in January.
As reported by Sky Sports (h/t ESPN FC), there were strong links with Inter Milan when Roberto Mancini was still in the charge of the Nerazzurri, and Serie A will remain a possible destination. Juventus lack depth in the central areas and frequently take a chance on veterans, with Patrice Evra and Dani Alves currently playing for the Old Lady.
Guardiola and City likely won't hold out for a major transfer fee in January, and a sale to a foreign club will likely be preferred. Toure has already played in France, earning his La Liga move at AS Monaco, so Ligue 1 would be another strong option.

Elsewhere, Tuttojuve (h/t Calciomercato) report Kean has agreed to a three-year deal worth €1 million per year with Juventus, the biggest deal a 16-year-old is allowed to sign in Italy.
Kean has been linked with both Arsenal and City throughout the first months of the 2016-17 season, as the teenager refused to commit to a long-term deal with the Bianconeri. While he was never expected to leave Turin, the fact he is represented by Mino Raiola, who also works with Paul Pogba, kept fans on edge.

The striker has scored at an absurd rate in various youth teams for Juventus in the past two years, usually taking on opponents far older than him. He was promoted to the senior squad in the wake of Paulo Dybala's injury.
Here's a look at some of his highlights:
City invested heavily in a series of talented youngsters during the summer, and Kean would have fitted the club's long-term vision perfectly. He seems destined to stay with Juventus for the foreseeable future, but with Raiola as his agent, a foreign move will always be a possibility.
