Russell Westbrook Throws It Down vs. the Pistons

That's one way to start the game.

Russell Westbrook kicked off the Oklahoma City Thunder's matchup with the Detroit Pistons with a highlight-worthy dunk Monday.

With OKC trailing Detroit by five points in the first quarter, the point guard laid down an epic slam. The 28-year-old threw it down with such fury that it bounced high into the air and floated halfway down the hardwood.

Needless to say, it looks like Westbrook put a bit of force behind that dunk.
