Kiko Alonso Intercepts Philip Rivers, Returns Pick for 60-Yard TD

Just when you think the San Diego Chargers can win a game late in the fourth quarter, reality sets in.

On Sunday, Miami Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso jumped on Chargers wideout Tyrell Williams' route, picking off Philip Rivers' pass and running it back for a 60-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

The pick happened on first down, just a few yards away from field-goal range. Alonso's touchdown put Miami up seven points with 1:01 remaining, leaving San Diego with little hope of making a comeback.

The Dolphins won 31-24, improving to 5-4 on the season, while the Chargers fell to 4-6.
