Drew Brees Finds Brandin Cooks for Game-Tying TD, Broncos Block PAT and Score

With 1:22 left against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees hooked up with Brandin Cooks for a 32-yard score.

That tied the game at 23.

But then, Denver blocked the extra point and took it all the way back to the end zone—good for two points. After a review, the officials ruled that rookie safety Will Parks stayed in bounds on the return.

New Orleans failed to recover the ensuing onside kick and lost the game, 25-23.
