The three-time WCW World Heavyweight champion tweeted a photo of his bruised face as well:

Vader is widely regarded as one of the toughest and most athletic big men in professional wrestling history, and he enjoyed a nearly 20-year career in the American Wrestling Association, New Japan Pro Wrestling, WCW and WWE.

Vader still occasionally wrestles, and he made headlines earlier this year for criticizing (warning: link contains NSFW language) the high-flying style of Will Ospreay before facing him and defeating him at RevPro Uprising in London in August.

He has also made occasional appearances for WWE and TNA in recent years, and he presented Stan Hansen as he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2016.
