Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla Switch Reportedly Wanted by Real Madrid Squad
Keylor Navas' No. 1 spot at Real Madrid is reportedly under threat with the "majority of [Los Blancos] players" eager to see Kiko Casilla promoted to the starting XI following the Costa Rican's recent errors between the posts.
According to Lluis Miguelsanz of Sport, it is felt in the Madrid dressing room "that [Navas] is not in his best form and is incapable of saving points in La Liga or the [UEFA] Champions League." The widely agreed solution is reportedly to have him replaced by his backup, Casilla.
The Spaniard started the season in fine fashion when Navas was out injured, particularly impressing against Sporting CP in the Champions League.

In stark contrast, Navas' performance on Wednesday, as Real squandered a 2-0 lead to draw 3-3 with Legia Warsaw, included a terrible attempted save on the Polish outfit's second goal, per Eurosport UK:
Navas, 29, has not kept a clean sheet all season, but Casilla, 30, kept out both Espanyol and Real Sociedad from scoring earlier in the campaign.
After the deal to send Navas to Manchester United in part-exchange for David De Gea collapsed in 2015, the Costa Rica international proved himself to be more than worthy of the Real No. 1 shirt as Los Blancos won the Champions League last season.
His European record was remarkable in 2015-16, but this season, his consistency has seemingly disappeared, per OptaJose:
Real need to be solid at the back if they are to mount a successful challenge of their Champions League title this term or win La Liga for the first time since 2011-12.
They have been anything but recently, and they have conceded in each of their last 10 matches in all competitions.
If there is indeed pressure from players to see Navas replaced with Casilla, manager Zinedine Zidane has a decision to make regarding his goalkeeping situation.
It would be a big call to drop his No. 1, but it could be a smart move given how error-prone he has been of late.
