All eyes will be on California Chrome, who captivated the horse racing world in 2014 with wins in the first two legs of the Triple Crown at Churchill Downs and Pimlico.
He would finish fourth at the Belmont Stakes and followed it up with a sixth-place showing at the Pennsylvania Derby. California Chrome also appeared in the Breeders' Cup in 2014, finishing in third behind Bayern and Toast of New York.
Since then, he's appeared in nine races and has won seven of them, including six in a row dating back to the San Pasqual Stakes at Santa Anita.
However, he will get stiff competition from Arrogate, who burst onto the scene with a 13.5-length victory at the Travers.
Expect this edition of the Breeders' Cup to be a two-horse race, given their recent form.
