When you remove all of those helmets and padding, NFL players actually can be pretty sharp dressers. Now that the 2016 season is fully underway, what better time is there to look at some of the best-dressed players in the league?

The list features a few of the usual suspects—guys who have been here before and have continued to buck trends in favor of timeless style. But we also made room for more exotic examples.

Von Miller

Von Miller's latest contract, worth $114.5 million, leaves him plenty of room to jump full force into the fashion world. 

Style just seems to be part of his mantra. Browsing through Miller's social media accounts is a great indicator of his personal taste and how he understands how to blend patterns.

He can often times stray into a world filled with outrageous menswear choices, but usually he sticks to tattered jeans, expressive layering techniques and solid tones to express himself.

It doesn't matter what he wears—Miller has confidently established himself as a go-to fashion source for all NFL athletes.

Victor Cruz

Along with Odell Beckham Jr, New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz has cemented himself as a true fashion pioneer.
