Namely, when the St. Louis Blues score five or more goals at home this season, fans may redeem their ticket stub at McDonald’s for a free Big Mac.
Angioplasties must be purchased separately.
The official press release is as follows:
"ST. LOUIS, Oct. 6, 2009 – Blues fans, get ready for a new rallying cry. “We want Big Macs! We want Big Macs!” will soon be the chant echoing throughout the Scottrade Center whenever the Blues are close to scoring five goals. Because this season, five goals by the Blues adds up to free Big Macs for Blues fans.
"
CEO of Blues Enterprises, Peter McLoughlin, added to the press release by stating, “We know Blues fans will undoubtedly be shaking the walls of Scottrade Center this season, urging the team to score five goals or more.”
Undoubtedly. Mr. McLoughlin knows his fan base.
Impress your co-workers: Last year, the Blues scored 5 or more goals in eight different home games. If they keep that current pace, a season ticket holder can expect 4800 free calories from this promotion, courtesy of the St. Louis Blues.
