However, the Denver PD announced Wednesday that the suspects had been apprehended and the stolen property was recovered.
Ware's Super Bowl ring was among the items taken, according to Whitney Wild and Bobbi Sheldon of 9News KUSA.
Ware, 34, has registered four tackles and two sacks in two games for the Broncos this season. The veteran outside linebacker is in his third season with the Broncos and has notched 19.5 sacks in 29 games for Denver, combining with Von Miller to form one of the most fearsome pass-rushing duos in football.
He saved his best for last year's postseason, however, accumulating 10 tackles, 3.5 sacks and a fumble recovery, helping to lead the Broncos to a Super Bowl title.
