Paige Proposes to Alberto Del Rio at WWC Event: Details, Comments and Reaction

WWE star Paige proposed to Alberto Del Rio on Sunday night at a World Wrestling Council event in Puerto Rico, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin.

Del Rio had finished a match with fellow WWE alumnus Carlito when Paige entered the ring to propose.

She gave an interview to Pico's Reviews shortly after the proposal (via Taylor Pitts on YouTube):

The couple has been dating since at least May, when they first went public with their relationship after being photographed at Disney World. In July, Paige posted a photo of herself and Del Rio along with a note written to the former WWE star:

Four-time WWE world champion Del Rio and Paige worked together in WWE until the company released him Sept. 9. Since leaving WWE for a second time, Del Rio has worked for various independent companies.

Paige hasn't wrestled since June. On Aug. 18, WWE suspended her 30 days for a violation of the company's wellness policy. On Sept. 29, the two-time Divas champion tweeted she was going to have neck surgery. On Oct. 10, the company suspended her 60 days for a second wellness policy violation.
