Somebody at CBS fell asleep at the wheel during Thursday's game between the San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos

San Diego held a 16-3 lead with 4:25 to play in the third quarter when it lined up for a 3rd-and-11 in Denver territory. The CBS feed then, out of nowhere, cut to a commercial for the new comedy Man With a Plan starring Matt LeBlanc.

We've all missed LeBlanc, but the ad spot probably could've waited until after the third-down play.

A few media members noticed the mistake, and they took to Twitter to joke about the matter:

Katie Nolan @katienolan

Glad they called Matt LeBlanc for interference there, that was blatant #CBS

@katienolan How YOU doin, NFL ...?
