On Sunday Night Football against the New York Giants, the Green Bay Packers' dynamic duo once again hooked up for a score. Rodgers threw the ball where only Nelson could make a play, and the wideout went all-out to haul in the pass.

Nelson had four catches for 38 yards and a touchdown in a 23-16 victory.
