Miami Returns 2 Fumbles for Touchdowns in 3 Plays vs. Georgia Tech

Two quick defensive touchdowns proved the difference in Miami's 35-21 victory over Georgia Tech on Saturday.

The Hurricanes scooped up two fumbles for touchdowns within 46 seconds of each other during a 21-point second quarter. The successive scores by linebacker Shaquille Quarterman and defensive end Joe Jackson gave them a comfortable edge they maintained over the Yellow Jackets.

Entering Week 5's contest, Miami had not recovered a fumble this season. After remedying that twice in under a minute, the ACC squad improved to a perfect 4-0.
