Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley Announced for WWE Clash of Champions 2016
Following last week's controversial finish in the No. 1 contender's match, WWE Raw general manager Mick Foley announced that Charlotte will defend the Raw Women's Championship at Clash of Champions on Sunday in a Triple Threat match, per WWE's official Twitter account.
Bayley and Sasha Banks will be challenging for the title.
In the No. 1 contender's match, the referee originally determined Banks to be the winner. However, both Banks and Bayley's shoulders were on the mat during the count.

Bleacher Report's Mike Chiari is eagerly anticipating Sunday's matchup:
There's little doubt Banks, Bayley and Charlotte can deliver a great match. They, along with Becky Lynch, helped elevate women's wrestling through their work in NXT, with their Fatal 4-Way match at NXT TakeOver: Rival in February 2015 among their notable achievements.
Lynch won't be competing at Clash of Champions, but three-fourths of that Fatal 4-Way are taking part. Lynch, Charlotte and Banks put together a great Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 32, and there's little reason to expect any different with Bayley subbing in for the SmackDown women's champion.
The Triple Threat match can also sow the seeds for a prolonged rivalry between Bayley and Banks, which is arguably the defining feud of NXT to date.
So far, the two have avoided any conflict on Raw, with Banks paving the way for Bayley's WWE debut at Battleground, courtesy of WWE:
WWE didn't hesitate to carry Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn's bad blood over from NXT to Raw and SmackDown after Zayn joined Owens on the main roster. Sooner or later, the company will pit Bayley and Banks against each other.
The Clash of Champions card is shaping up well. Owens and Seth Rollins will battle for the Universal Championship in the main event, and Rusev will put the United States Championship on the line against Roman Reigns in two of the bigger bouts.
On what is a strong pay-per-view from top to bottom, the Raw Women's Championship match may come away as the best of the night, which speaks to the strength of the women's division.
