Penn State's DeAndre Thompkins Makes 1-Handed Grab Against Pittsburgh

After trailing Pittsburgh 28-7 in the second quarter Saturday, Penn State nearly came all the way back but lost a 42-39 shootout. During the defeat, DeAndre Thompkins kept the Nittany Lions alive with a nifty one-handed catch.

The sophomore reeled in the difficult 39-yard reception while draped in air-tight coverage downfield. He finished with a team-high 87 receiving yards on three catches.

While a victory would have made the play sweeter, Thompkins still deserves props for the highlight-reel grab.
