Oklahoma Sooners running back Joe Mixon started the season in style. 

In addition to scoring on a 32-yard run, the sophomore snagged a one-handed reception for 60 yards during the first quarter of Saturday's game against the Houston Cougars.

Mixon's explosive plays guided the Sooners to a 10-3 lead after one.
