David Luiz to Chelsea: Latest Transfer Details, Comments and Reaction
Paris Saint-Germain centre-back David Luiz has completed a sensational transfer back to Chelsea, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
The club's official website announced Luiz's return to Stamford Bridge on transfer deadline day as head coach Antonio Conte found the central-defensive reinforcement he's been seeking.

The Brazil international left west London for the Parc des Princes in 2014 for a sum of £50 million—still the highest fee paid for a defender in world football. Two years later and the former fan favourite has made an unexpected move back to the Blues.
The Daily Mail's Lee Clayton reported on the fee expected to be involved in the deal:
PSG are already well-stocked in central defence, and manager Unai Emery is almost certain to look to Marquinhos, Luiz's compatriot, to fill the void left alongside Thiago Silva.
Sky Sports News HQ also broke down the 29-year-old's record with the Blues, although one might argue his biggest career achievements all came during his time in Paris:
Luiz scored eight goals in 89 appearances for PSG, winning the Ligue 1 title on two occasions, as well as the Coupe de France and the Coupe de la Ligue twice each.
That being said, the South American did taste European success on two occasions during his first three-year stay with Chelsea, clinching the UEFA Champions League in 2012 before adding the UEFA Europa League a year later.
Conte has been seeking a centre-back for much of this summer, as Kurt Zouma is still recovering from a major knee injury and John Terry's contract expires next year when he will be 36.
Few would have expected Luiz would be sought to fill that slot, but a familiar face is on his way back to Stamford Bridge, this time under new management.
