Muggsy Bogues Would Like to See Kobe Bryant, Stephen Curry in 'Space Jam 2'
Kobe Bryant's basketball career may not be over just yet.
If former Charlotte Hornets star had his way, the legendary Los Angeles would soon be suiting up again—for the Tune Squad, that is.
While speaking at the law firm Parker Poe on Aug. 23, the Space Jam alumnus made his starring cast selection for the film's anticipated sequel, favoring the recently retired No. 24 over rumored selection James and the Michael Jordan-endorsed Blake Griffin.
"I would have thought Kobe would kind of fit that mould more," he explained, adding that reigning two-time MVP Stephen Curry should be included in the project too.
Regardless of who is chosen, however, added that creating a squad up to the standards of the original will be a challenge.
In the meantime, Black vs. the does seem like an interesting start.
